2. All results must be shared on your timeline. Only then you will be eligible for the prize.

4. Excitel Broadband reserves the right to deny an entry on basis the following criteria.

- Obscene content

- Racial or Discriminatory content

- Nudity, profanity and vulgarity

- Copyrighted content.

5. A contestant may not participate multiple times.

6. Excitel Broadband reserves the right to feature the entries of the participants on its website (www.excitel.com) and/or all social media handles and/or its promotional communication as part of the #WhichBingerAreYou contest, without any consideration or any prior notice to the participants.

7. All disputes will be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

8. If the participant’s details are found to be inaccurate or false in any way, the participant will be disqualified immediately. If the content in the entry is found to be plagiarized, the entry will be immediately disqualified.

9. Excitel Broadband reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate the contest at any time; accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
