- Promotion period is from 1st August, 2019 to 30th, September, 2019.
- The offer is not applicable in any other location other than the city of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Participants are eligible to wins are defined in the gratification grid (at the bottom of this page), only if eligible as per all terms and conditions.
- Successful installation of Excitel broadband connection is necessary to be able to participate.
- Participant / User hereby authorize Excitel to use his/her details shared by him/ her with Excitel alongwith photo, if he / she gets selected as winner in the promotion. The User / Participant agrees that will have no objection to the same, in case Excitel use their details.
- It is agreed that the subscribers provide valid details for self-identification at the time of subscription or collection of their wins (if applicable)
- The selection of the winners is entirely on the discretion of Excitel Broadband.
- Participant are eligible to win and enter into an agreement with Excitel Broadband only if they are an Indian Citizen and above the age of 18 years.
- Excitel broadband employee as well as associates are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- The promotion is valid only if Excitel Broadband confirms 4000 new connections installed within the defined promotion period.
- Participants have to confirm their KYC details at the time of booking Excitel connection.
- Offer eligible on for new connection only
- Company reserves the right to dismiss or/and modify the promotion or any extended offer at its discretion without any prior notice.
- This offer is not valid on 1-month subscriptions/ plans.
- In case of a cheque bounce, connection shall be deactivated & the user shall not be eligible for participation in the promotion.
- The benefits under this promotion is non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
- These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Excitel and each subscriber. By subscribing to the Offer, subscriber accepts the same as binding upon them.
- Excitel has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the subscriber availing, not receiving or subscriber’s use of the offer.
- The payment for Excitel Broadband connection has to be made in advance, irrespective of plan selected.
- Excitel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Gift Voucher Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Offer with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Excitel’s reasonable control. If Excitel suspends or cancels the Offer in the interim, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Excitel will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.
- In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will Excitel or its directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, third parties, associates or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to this offer.
- Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this offer, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Excitel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
- At the time of winner announcement, the participant must be an active subscriber to Excitel.
- Besides these T&C, you shall be abide by the general terms and condition of Excitel which is mentioned in T&C section on Excitel’s Website.
- Date of result is 7th of October, 2019 and it is subjected to the change at the discretion of the Company.
- Unique identification of each user is through their unique Excitel user ID, given at the time of installation.
- Any issue with Excitel Services (External) or gratification damage, Excitel management or any of its person associated shall not be responsible for the same.
