NOC L1 Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for NOC L1 Engineer who will be responsible for day-to day network operations during their shift and ensure the maintenance of highly available network architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Identification of technical faults and major escalations and provide solutions for it.
• Coordination with L2 team for immediate troubleshooting on the identified technical faults.
• Ensure 24/7 availability of the production environment and lead the daily operations of the production environment.
• On call support with Last mile vendor/partners (ERP).
• Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts (Including night shifts).
• Implementation of Incident driven emergency changes.
• Provide on - call support to stakeholders.

• Excellent technical skills over Huawei platform i.e. routers & switches.
• Good knowledge on monitoring tools.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

• Networking and interpersonal skills
• Should have good and effective communication skills.

• Graduate (B.Tech) or Diploma/ certification in CCNA/ CCNP
• 3+ years of experience working as NOC Engineer
